If couples, make sure to contact us after signing up to get access for the other person on your account. 

If you need to add more than one person, contact us. 

You will recieve two emails. 

Email 1: contains your IRON Online training & nutrition app and link to select your desired program and calorie settings

Email 2: contains your Kisi door access app. This email takes about 15-20 mins to land in your inbox. 

When the Kisi door app email arrives, the download link is in your email. 

Follow instructions in the app to create account and access the gym within minutes.
