• Payment info — processed securely by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our website.
• Access & usage — facility entry events through your mobile credential, and app activity if you use IGNITE.
• Eligibility proof — documentation you submit for discounts (e.g., service ID), used only to verify eligibility.

02How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: set up and manage your membership; process payments; provide facility access; respond to inquiries and requests; deliver training and IGNITE coaching; send service and account messages; verify discount eligibility; and operate, secure, and improve our services. With your consent, we may send promotional messages — you can opt out anytime.

03SMS / Text Messaging

SMS / Text Messaging Consent. By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our sign-up form, you agree to receive recurring SMS text messages from IRON Muscle & Fitness (Legacy Athletics, LLC and IRON Capital Group, LLC) about your membership — including account notifications, payment reminders, and gym updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out of SMS will not affect your membership.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us operate — payment processing (e.g., our billing/CRM provider), access control, form delivery, email, and analytics — under agreements that limit their use of your data.
• Our two locations — Benton and Conway operate as separate businesses; your information is handled by your home location and shared between them only as needed to serve you.
• Legal & safety — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and property.
