These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your membership and use of IRON Muscle & Fitness ("IRON," "we," "us"), with locations in Benton and Conway, Arkansas. By joining, buying a day pass, or using our facilities, app, or website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

01Membership

An IRON membership grants you access to the location and amenities included in your selected plan during posted or 24/7 hours, as applicable. Memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contract unless you select an annual plan. Memberships are personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, or assigned, except a Couples membership which covers the two named members on the account.

You must be at least 18 years old to hold a membership. Members must be in good standing (account current, no outstanding balance) to retain access.

02Billing & Payments

By providing a payment method, you authorize IRON Muscle & Fitness to charge the recurring membership fee and any applicable charges to that method on your billing date until you cancel. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. You can update your card anytime through the payment update page.

• Recurring fees are billed monthly (or annually) in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Failed payments may result in suspension of access until the balance is paid. Declined or returned payments may incur a reasonable processing fee.
• Price changes will be communicated in advance; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
• Day passes are single-use, non-refundable, and grant access for one day at the selected location.

03Cancellation & Freezes

You may cancel anytime with at least 72 hours' notice before your next billing date by submitting the cancellation form. This notice window ensures we can process your request in time, including over weekends and holidays. Cancellation requests received within 72 hours of your billing date may not stop your next charge; your membership will then end at the following billing cycle.

There is no cancellation fee. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. To freeze rather than cancel, note your request on the cancellation form and we will pause your billing — no day limits.

04Facility Access & Conduct

Access is provided through a personal mobile credential (Kisi app) or other entry method we designate. You agree not to share access, prop open doors, or admit non-members ("tailgating"). You are responsible for guests' conduct if guest access is permitted.

You agree to: rack your weights, wipe down equipment, use equipment as intended, wear appropriate attire and footwear, and follow posted rules and staff instructions. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the membership of anyone who is abusive, unsafe, uses illegal substances, damages property, or violates these Terms, without refund.

05Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability

Physical exercise carries inherent risks, including serious injury. By using our facilities, equipment, classes, or training services, you voluntarily assume all risk of injury, illness, or death arising from your participation. You confirm you are physically able to exercise and have consulted a physician if needed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless IRON Muscle & Fitness, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your use of the facilities, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. You are responsible for your personal property; we are not liable for lost or stolen items.

06Personal Training, IGNITE & Programs

Personal training and the IGNITE coaching app provide general fitness and nutrition guidance and are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise or nutrition program. Results vary and are not guaranteed. IGNITE is included with active membership; access ends when your membership ends.

07Discounts & Promotions

Promotional rates, first-responder/military discounts, and other offers are subject to eligibility and verification, may not be combined, and may change or end at any time. We may request valid proof of eligibility for discounted rates.

08Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated where practical. Your continued use of our facilities or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

09Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas.
